NO ONE appreciated my joke and its two revisions when i posted it so i’m posting it here
Raising your bond level with the fighters in Street Fighter 6's World Tour is so funny
So, you can give gifts to any of them to make the bond level go up, and everyone has one favourite item that makes the bond go up the highest, and sometimes it goes how you expect and they go "oh nice, thank you :)"
But then, for most of them, I think the idea was that the "favourite item" is just, the thing that gets the biggest reaction out of them, even if it's a negative one (a lot of them are even explicitly from the top of their Dislikes list)
So for a huge chunk of the characters, the best way to bond with them is to constantly giving them stuff as they respond with "how dare you give me this garbage, never show it to me again"
...and then there's Juri, who takes your gift (a wrench) and offers to kill you with it

I’m awake ungodly so but I wanna talk about JP’s lines when you fully master his style:
“To wit, your savagery outstrips my own…[] You came to me seeking strength. A rapacious greed motivates you. I suggest you acknowledge that. You are a heretic, driven by greed, living entirely within obsessive extremes.”
And that line is funny because JP isn’t wrong (when referring the player character at least).
